How To Get A Six Pack Fast
So, you want to know How to get a six pack fast.
I bet your thinking that there is no way to do this, that getting a six pack is something body builders and crazy gym junkies do, because normal people dont have six packs right?
Well thats the exactly the type of attitude thats NOT going to get you a six pack! First thing you need to do is to stay posituve and focus your minds eye on visualizing your six pack. See how ripped and lean it is? How does it make you feel? Can you see peoples faces when they see your six pack?
This little technique is called 'Visualization' and all successful people do it.
What I'm going to do now is show you the ultimate way on how to get a six pack fast. I'll give you a small list of exercises you need to do 3 times per week and the kinds of food you need to eat in order to burn body fat in order to make that six pack visible and then I'll show you a few more techniques for visualization.
FOOD:
You want to eat foods which are called negative calorie foods or close to it. Negative calorie foods are foods which the body requires more energy to digest and assimilate then what the food actually provides which then takes you into a negative calorie state. These foods can be found everywhere, i recommend you include them in EVERY meal, they are;
Asparagus
Beet Root
Broccoli
Cabbage
Carrot
Cauliflower
CeleryChicory
Hot Chili
Cucumber
Garden cress
Garlic
Green BeansLettuce
Onion
Radish
Spinach
Turnip
Zucchini
Negative Calorie Fruits
Apple
Blueberries
Cantaloupe
Cranberry
GrapefruitPineapple
Raspberry

Tomato
Tangerine
Turnip

Lemon/Lime
Mango

As you can see there are many negative calorie foods, plenty in fact. So personally its not realistic and probably not even healthy to just eat these, so you will need to also eat carbs and protein, i recommend: Chicken breast, turkey, salmon, tuna, sardines and 100% lean beef alongside, wholemeal pasta, wholemeal rice and wholemeal bread, stay away from the plain white varieties because they have been through more production and generally have less nutritional quality.
EXCERCISES:
Exercise is not a big a deal as you may think, it does depend on your body fat content, the fatter you are the longer it will take to see results, but for FAST abs i recommend the following;
Jog for 15-25 minutes 3 times per week in the mornings before eating anything, the reason for this is that your body will have no food to use as energy so it will start tapping your fat cells instead, you don't want to sprint either, a nice steady jog where you are breathing heavily but can still maintain a conversation will do. *HINT* for best results run in the morning before you eat *HINT*
Crunches, do a set of 30 crunches every day 3 times per week, lay on the ground with your back flat against the floor, bring your legs to a 45 degree and and now crunch (lift) your upper torso about 45 degrees up, hold for 1 second and repeat. *HINT* for best results, do crunches every day *HINT*
Leg raises, lay on the ground with your back flat against the floor, now raise both your legs keeping them as straight as possible and bring them all the way up to 90 degrees or until almost vertical, release and lower them slowly to the ground and repeat 30 times. Leg raises are a great way to strengthen the lowest part of the ab, which is usually the hardest part of the ab to get results for.
Every morning and night i want you to lay in bed and repeat the following lines to yourself:
"My body is a fat burning machine"
"I only eat the foods which help nourish my body"
"I love the way my body looks and feels"
"My abs are getting stronger and leaner every single day"
"My six pack is so ripped and lean, people envy me"
Then take 3 slow deep breathes, inhaling slowly... Then hold for 1 second and slowly exhale. Now close your eyes and visualize your perfect body, this body is the body of an Adonis, its lean, its muscular, its healthy and its blessed, now imagine this is your body, visualize yourself standing in front of the mirror with this body, tensing and flexing your abdominal, see the way they look?
How does this make you feel? I want you to add some color to this visualization, add some red in their for power now focus again on how this ripped body with its six pack makes you feel and see the color red intensifying and pulsing in the room as does your feelings.
Repeat this task every morning and night as you lay in bed.
