Burn Fat Doing Intense Fitness Regimes

The usual approach to burning body fat is to work hard at cardio typically in the form of medium paced jogging or maybe cycling. It seems to make sense as an exercise routine but could it possibly be slowing down your weight loss efforts? There are plenty of ways to lose weight so why is this one so common?

Is this the kind of fitness regime you are used to?

In efforts to get fit and lose fat, you join the health club, and start hitting the treadmill or elliptical trainer. You start with three periods a week. However those 30 or 40 minute sessions don’t seem to be doing very much.

So, being very determined, this individual, who might be you or I, adds another session, satisfied that this’ll make the very important difference.

Before you know it, we’re looking at 5 periods, which we’re absolutely satisfied will do the trick, especially as we’re watching our eating regimen too. Yet, someway the fat is not going anywhere. Now, if you do this you might feel ‘fitter’, at first, however nobody is noticing any difference within the shape of your body.

The End Outcome

So you keep working at it, till you begin to really feel drained, worn down and now not feeling fit at all. Wow, that’s fairly irritating- all that effort and you actually feel worse than when you started.

Sure, you are feeling ‘better’, at first, but don’t notice any fat loss, long after a routine’s had a chance to work.  So you keep upping things till you feel such as you have been hit by a train, with no energy to spare.

Why Does This Happen?

What many people don’t realize is that cardio exercise truly trains your physique to store fats, in preparation for the following session. So, even when, within the short time period, it appears easier to climb a number of sets of stairs, your body is preparing itself to go through the motions in the future.

Of course, pretty simple work like climbing stairs might really feel easier, however this kind of routine doesn’t actually assist with anything extra intense. If you are requested to go outside of the realm of average paced exercise, you’ll discover your physique is not that effectively adapted.

In essence, cardio exercise makes your physique good at ‘easy work’ but doesn’t really increase your physique’s capability for anything harder.

The Other Option

Fortunately, there is an alternate, which is becoming increasingly more widespread in the world of health and fat loss. Where, once, aerobic exercise was dominant, science has shown that different types of exercise are way more effective.

If you wish to burn fat, then you have to consider a program, that offers you high intensity, resistance based exercise. In other words, you work hard, for a short interval, with a purpose to actually increase your physique’s capacity for work.

The Advantages

And, as you’re working intensely, for short intervals of time, you don’t spend all day at the gym. It’s common for this type of routine to last 15-20 minutes, a couple of times a week. You have to rest between sessions, so that the complete effect is felt, as your physique repairs itself.

How Elastic Exercise Bands are Better than Home Gym Systems

Many people think that in order to get fit, they have to spend a lot of money. That is incorrect, because most people can get into significantly better condition than they are now by having a basic exercise routine a few days a week. If they would just go running for 20 minutes, then do as many pull-ups, push-ups, and situps as possible, that in itself would be a good start. They would experience noticeable difference in their fitness level after a few months of this plan.

For a person wanting to improve their fitness beyond the basics, whole body strength conditioning has been shown to provide more benefits and fat loss than aerobic exercise. That being the case, many people join a gym to use weight sets or a roomful of exercise machines.

Unfortunately for many people, it is challenging to prioritize exercising at the fitness club over family, work, and other important things. After a few months, if the person is still committed to exercise routine, they often look at buying a home gym system. These tend to be large, so they get stored in a back room where it is almost as hard to spend time at as a gym.

This whole process can be avoided by using the least expensive, most flexible, work out anywhere system that enables whole body strength training exercise better than any home gym available: elastic exercise bands. There are 5 good reasons why elastic exercise bands are the best option for strength training:

  1. The newer elastic exercise bands can provide workouts difficult enough for even a professional athlete.
  2. They offer a bigger variety of exercises than any other gym system while letting a person exercise in any room of their home.
  3. They provide a smooth workout with harder resistance at the end of the stroke while being very safe to use.
  4. Elastic exercise bands are portable and take up very little space.
  5. They cost 10 to 20 times less than any home gym system on the market.

Before buying a home gym system or a gym membership, look at the new elastic exercise bands and see what they can do for you.
