Pure Fitness Inversion–Champion!!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I’m sure I could have spent much more money on a table but this is solidly built, took me about 45 min. to put together, and after about two weeks of using it for only a couple of minutes, a couple of times a day…my back feels better than it has in 2 years. I suffered lower right back pain and couldn’t stretch out enough to feel good. This table is working great and I recommend it to anyone considering one. (Be sure to check the weight limitations.)

Very well built and easy to use. It has helped alleviate my lower back pain caused by years of squatting and deadlifting.
Love the Results

LOVE IT!
Got this quickly and it was clear how to put it together.
I use ankle wrap weights to cushion the stress on my ankles and I’m sure I’d have to do that with any similar system.
I use 2 lb wrist weights plus add 2 & 5 lb. hand weights to stretch even more effectively behind my back.
My upper body was really starting to kink up from heavy lifting and now all that is nearly gone.
One Drawback to entire experience:
The product description said it included a water bottle which I never received.
scary!

it slams you when going inverted.
Great value for sturdy table/therapeudic value priceless

I am going to break this review down into two parts so that those comparision shopping for inversion table will find this review usefull.
First, I’ll talk about this particular model. Putting this product together takes 30 mins. The directions aren’t very detailed, but there are three pictures that are a reasonable guide. My husband helped me put it together since I am more of a picture user and he is more of the directions reader. Once the table is put together, it is very sturdy. Much sturdier than I expected for this price. I couldn’t be more pleased with this. I had seen some in the store for around the same price and they looked and felt cheap. This one is priced like a cheap model, but is more midrange. The only complaint I have about this table is that it doesn’t store well/fold up easily which is not that big a deal for us, but it would be nice for those way may be short on space. Also, be careful to consider the weight of the people that will use this item as the max weight for this model is 220. Not a problem in our household, but it for those that have members who exceed this limit, you will need to purchase a different table. All and all I think it is a great item, solidly built, at a steal of a price.
Secondly, I’ll get into the “DOES IT WORK?” part of the review. Short answer is YES. I have a hip that gives me a bit of problemn from time to time. My lower back felt stiff and achey. I was given to doing odd things like pressing on that side while standing at the copier and doing weird twists without really being aware I was doing it. I’ve gone to the chiropractor regularly to get adjusments and that hip is always iffy. Sometimes it would adjust and sometimes it wouldn’t. My doctor said it was deep muscular tissue that was giving me problems. Exercise (walking) would loosen the area and make it a bit better, but never any lasting relief until I started using the inversion table. When I first started using it, I could feel a deep pull in the area that was bothering me. It would ache as it was being stretched. I did a few minutes at a time, several times a day. About 4 days after I began using it, I heard my lower back make a series of clicks while I was on the table. Slowly the pulling achey stretching sensation has been replaced by these clicks and my back feels great. I can go a day without doing the table, but not two. If I miss two days the achey stiffness returns. When I go to the chiropractor these days, my hip gives and adjusts like it is supposed to. My insurance pays for 12 chiro visits a year when I probably need 24 (every two weeks). The way I see it, this is the perfect low cost supplement to my chiropractic care for less than the cost of 5 copays. It is worth every penny. I wish I had started it sooner.
Well worth it!

I’ve been having severe lower back pain for years and have been going to a chiropracter for about 8 months now with no improvment. I purchased this item 3 weeks ago and for the first time in about 3 years, I’m finally getting some relief. I am very encouraged that if I keep using this, my back pain will at the very least be greatly reduced. Although it still hurts, I can tell it’s improving. The product itself is very sturdy, and as far as inversion tables go, you can’t beat the price I got on Amazon. It was also easy to put together. VERY happy with my purchase!!

A lower back injury I received several years ago flares up from time to time. Prior to this year these occurrences were minor, however about 8 months ago the pain steadily lasted for more than a week, so I began seeing a chiropractor. After 8-10 sessions over a three week period things were feeling better than they ever had, but a few weeks ago everything came back in full force. After two sessions, no improvement, and I happened to see an advertisement for inversion tables on television. After reading 150+ positive reviews and no negative ones on any brand of inversion table, I decided on this one from Amazon. I was pleased with the detailed instructions, and after playing with the counterweighting proceeded to a 70 degree inversion. I’m now at day 3 and, although I don’t feel “cured,” things do certainly feel different. I’ve been hopping on several times a day whenever things start feeling bad for relief. When I get off the table, things feel much better, and the pain does gradually return, but the tightness is gone. I’ve been waiting for a nice crack or several cracks down the spine, but no such luck yet even in full inversion. I do agree with the common complaint of ankle pain, but I don’t think the ankle attachments on this particular table are any different than more expensive models. My current solution: ski boots that keep my ankles from dipping. I will be scouting additional options for more ankle comfort as well as exercises to try on the table to make my experience worth more and hopefully ease my pain for good, but for now, I would certainly recommend this table and the science of inversion.
Jamz Products= BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, but Amazon A+

Ordered this because it looked like fun but one of the parts were defective. I had to call and e-mail durabilt (?) and jamz products multiple times and 5 days later I had to call to follow up because they never returned my phone calls or answered my e-mails. Their first suggestion was that I contact Amazon to do something about it but I explained to them it had to do with getting a table I couldn’t set up because one of the supporting tubes was damaged or not made properly and wouldn’t fit together with the other parts. I figured it wasn’t much to ask and it would be no problem getting them to send me what I needed since it was just 1 simple part. However, the person I was speaking to told me that they had just set up 5 of them and I should have no problem putting it together. So basically I felt they didn’t believe me because according to them it was impossible that their products or parts would be defective in any way so it was implied that I must be making this up to get an extra part from them. Seriously, why can’t they just believe me and make me a happy customer and send me the dumb part! All I wanted was a simple replacement but their solution was for me to send them back the part I wanted to replace and pay myself to ship it and then they would inspect it and decide when or if I needed or qualified for a replacement or not- I don’t think so! I told them that I was just going to return it because I didn’t want to pay for anything else and they didn’t seem to care. However since I wanted to table I decided to order a replacement. I am a loyal Amazon customer and I have done returns with them before so I trusted them that if I got another defective item they would take care of it and give me my refund. So in the end I had to lug this huge package to a UPS store and Amazon ended up sending me an enitrely new one no questions asked.
Pure Fitness Inversion Therapy Table
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This is a great product, if you know how to use it. I have bad lower back, been struggling with herniated disks especially in the last year. Inversion definitely started to help, but it is not enough. You really need to try exercising in the inverted position, which stretches and strengthens at the same time but is a bit hard because you cannot fix table position with this table. This table has two more weaknesses. (1) The section where feet are to be secured is flimsy. (2) The rotational security handles on left and right do not set properly into their grooves, so when you invert the table dangerously “adjusts” itself, with clicking noises and shifting.
Avoid if near 200lb
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
The table is easy to assemble and the backrest is comfortable. I am in the 190- 195 range and I bent the table support rails on my first use. It said up to 250lb on the box but on the product it lists max 220lb. I am sure it will be fine if you are lighter but if weight is an issue get a stronger design. If this was not an issue I would have no problem buying one but as it is I am sending it back.
Excellent Product For The Price

I’ve been suffering from lower back pain caused by compressed discs for several years. I’ve been to chiropractors, doctors, etc. No one could help.
I thought I would try out this product because of the price and free shipping at the time.
I could not be more pleased. This device helped my back the first time I used it and continues to. A few times a day and you’re golden.
I suggest this to anyone experiencing similar back pain with no more options. Or people with pain that don’t want to pay for chiropractors anymore.
